All Four Paws 2010 Wrap-up
Our competitive dogs and handlers have done incredibly well this year, with an amazing 64 top-3 placings between them, which includes 2 top-3 placings from national Finals.
We are looking forward to seeing some of our newer dogs and handlers in the ring in 2011, and hope it will be equally as successful as 2010.

Last show of the 2010 at Wyre
In the Grade 3 classes, Leanne and Jet continued to improve and brought home a 4th in Grade 3 Jumping.
Alice and Sammy had an outstanding day, coming 1st in the 1-4 Junior Agility by 6s, and then finished 8th in the Combined 1-7 Olympia Qualifier.

Hare'n'Hounds Christmas Show
Emma and Bailey were back in competition after a long break, picking up an excellent 2nd in the Open Jumping against tough opposition.
Finally, huge congratulations to Leanne and Kim at their first competition since August, who picked up their first win towards Grade 7 in great style, and also came 2nd in the C4-7 Agility.

Leanne and Jet were placed 1st in Primary Jumping, taking Jet half way to Novice for the new season, and also picked up a 4th in Primary Agility.

Halloween Success
Leanne is also running Jet over the winter season whilst her owner Katie is at university, and they got off to a good start with a 7th in the C1-7 ABC Agility.

Great Start to the Winter Season!
Alice and Sammy also had a good result up north at South Durham, with a 2nd in Grade 1-2 Agility.
Best of luck to everyone this coming season, especially as within the next month Leanne and Dylan make their debut in Grade 5, and a few of our Group Two dogs head off to their first competitions. We look forward to having a few more results to announce!

Ribble Congratulations!

Leanne and Dylan had a fantastic weekend at Ribble, winning the Grade 4 part of the Graded 1-4 Agility which takes them to Grade 5 after just two shows at Grade 4. They finished up the day by also winning the Graded 1-4 Jumping!
Emma and Bailey also had an good day after a long break from agility competition, coming 2nd in the Combined 5-7 Agility.

BAA Promotion News
Leanne and Dylan have moved up to Graduate Agility and Graduate Jumping. They also finished 3rd in the annual Novice Maxi Dog of the Year League, which is a great achievement!
Leanne and Kim have moved up to Graduate Agility on wins, but have elected to remain in Novice for Jumping after qualifying for voluntary promotion. They finished 8th in the Novice Medium Dog of the Year League.
Katie and Jet have elected to remain in Primary for the coming season, but finished a very respectable 29th in the Dog of the Year League, which qualified them for optional promotion.
Maxine and Mollie finished 61st in the highly competitive annual Veterans League, their best placing yet.
We are also extremely proud of Lindsay and Puzzle and Helen and Chip who also amassed points under the BAA despite limited competition.

BAA Finals Weekend
Congratulations to Leanne and Dylan for their performance at the BAA Finals Weekend 2010. Dylan picked up 4x 3rd places on Saturday, including a 3rd in the Agility Qualifier, and then placed 2nd in the Grand Prix Novice Jumping Final on Monday.
Leanne and Kim also had a good weekend, with a 2nd in Novice Triple-A.
Maxine and Mollie had an excellent run to come 6th in a very competitive Veteran Jumping class, which qualified them for Monday's Grand Prix Veteran's Final. Mollie was eliminated but at 11 years old, we are very proud of her acheivements!

EMDAC Midsummer Madness

The All Four Paws dogs and handlers had another successful weekend, this time at EMDAC. Katie and Jet brought home two 2nd places, from Primary Jumping and Primary Steeplechase, and had two promising runs in their first final, the British Open Championship.
Leanne and Dylan continued their successful season with five 2nd places, a 3rd, and a win in the Novice Maxi Agility on Friday. In the British Open Championship, they went clear in the Agility and placed 3rd going into the Jumping, but picked up 5 faults which meant they finished 10th overall.
Leanne and Kim had an unexpected return to form, with Kim gaining two 4th places, two 2nd places and finishing off the weekend by winning the Novice Agility on Sunday. This gives Kim her two wins to Graduate Agility at the age of 9.5yrs!
Maxine and Mollie also had another good weekend, and picked up a 9th in Veteran Helter Skelter on Sunday.

Another excellent weekend for the A4P dogs!
Leanne and Dylan moved up to Novice this weekend and immediately hit the placings with a 2nd and a 1st in Agility and Circular Jumping. Their win in Jumping takes them half-way to Graduate already!Leanne and Kim also came home with a 6th place in the same class.
Katie and Jet also brought home a fantastic 2nd in Primary Circular Jumping. Not far from promotion now!
Helen and Chip returned to the ring after a break, and had an excellent run in the Introductory Agility. We are all very proud of the progress this pair have made, and look forward to seeing them go even further!
Jess and Harvey got a very well deserved 13th in Veteran Tunnel Teaser, at their first affiliated show.
Maxine and Mollie ran extremely well all weekend but had 5 faults in every run, but Mollie is getting better and better with age, having just turned 11 years old.

Leanne and Dylan continued their good form with wins on Saturday in Primary Tunnel Teaser and Primary Agility, which gives them the wins to move up to Novice. Congratulations! They continued their form with a 2nd in Primary Jumping on Saturday and two 3rd places and another 1st in Primary Jumping on Sunday.
Having not competed since Easter, Katie and Jet came back with a bang and picked up a 1st in Primary Jumping and again Primary Agility with excellent runs, which takes them halfway to Novice.
Leanne and Kim picked up two wins this weekend after a long break from competing. Their 1st places in Novice Plus Tunnel Teaser and Novice Plus TFO takes them halfway to Graduate.
Finally, Maxine and Mollie picked up their first placing with a 2nd in Veterans Tunnel Teaser.
Katie and Jet, and Leanne and Dylan, have qualified for the BAA British Open Championship as top-point scorers from this show. Good luck guys!

Northern Festival of Agility

Leanne and Dylan brought home a multitude of rosettes from Hare'n'Hounds and Waldridge Fell; 7 of the 12 rosettes were top-5 placings, and they also placed 8th in the KC Olympia Novice Qualifier.
Leanne and Kim also returned to the ring after Kim's injuries, and after a shaky start Kim brought home a 3rd in the Combined 5-7 Agility.

Hare'n'Hounds Easter
Katie and Jet set off with a fantastic set of results in the Grade 3 classes, including a 2nd in the Grade 3 Jumping and a 3rd in the Graded 1-4 Agility. They topped off the weekend with a 2nd in the Open ABC Jumping.
Leanne and Dylan were chasing at their heels, and managed 6 top-10 placings, including two 3rds in Grade 3 Jumping classes.
